This policy explains what data may be processed when you use Bat Impact 3D, a retro arcade baseball swing trainer.
Summary
Bat Impact 3D does not require an account to play. Motion sensor readings are used for swing measurement inside the app. Camera access is used only when you choose Camera Pose Coach. The app may use Firebase services and Google AdMob to improve stability, configure app behavior, understand app usage, and show ads.
Information Processed By The App
- Motion and sensor data: accelerometer, gyroscope, and related device-motion samples may be processed on device to estimate swing speed, timing, quality, and invalid swing patterns.
- Camera frames: if you start Camera Pose Coach, camera frames may be processed on device by pose-detection technology to provide stance and balance feedback. Do not use this mode if you do not want camera access.
- Local progress: settings, unit preference, safety acknowledgement, swing history, coins, XP, sessions, and cosmetic bat skin state may be stored locally on your device.
- Analytics events: Firebase Analytics may process app events such as onboarding completion, mode starts, swing results, pose coach starts, ad requests, rewarded ad completion, and leaderboard actions.
- Diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics may process crash logs, diagnostic data, device/app state, and stability information to help fix bugs.
- Remote configuration: Firebase Remote Config may be used to tune non-sensitive settings such as sensor thresholds, ad frequency caps, coin rewards, and difficulty tables.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob and consent tools may process advertising identifiers, device information, consent signals, approximate location, and ad interaction data where allowed by your device settings, consent choices, and local law.
How Information Is Used
- To provide swing speed, pitch contact, pose coach, locker, ranking, coin, and history features
- To keep ranked speed fair by detecting impossible spikes and fake-shake patterns
- To improve stability, performance, onboarding, and game tuning

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers such as Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google ML Kit according to their own terms and privacy policies when those SDKs are active in the app.
Retention And Deletion
Local progress remains on your device unless you delete the app or reset available app/device data. Third-party service data is retained according to the relevant provider policies. You may contact us to request help with privacy questions.
Children And Safety
Bat Impact 3D is a general-audience sports training game and is not directed to children under the age required by local law for consent-based data processing. Children should use motion-swing features only with adult supervision and a clear safe space.
